Ingredients
3cupsKale
3/2Banana pieces ,frozen & cut
3Dates * ,frozen
1/2Avocado
2cupsAlmond milk (sweetened)
1/2tspMatcha powder
1/2tbspChia seeds
Instructions
Remove the kale stems by plucking them.
Add the kale, frozen bananas slices & dates, avocado and almond milk into a juice mixer / blender. Blend thoroughly. Add the matcha powder and chia seeds, blend to mix.
Leave the smoothie in the fridge and serve after 15-20 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to soak and expand. Otherwise, feel free to serve immediately too!
