2tbspInstant coffee
2tbspWhite sugar
2tbspHot water, like just boiled-hot
1cupMilk
Ice cubes, optional
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the coffee, sugar and hot water in. Start whipping with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Alternatively if you are whipping using a whisk or a fork, beat it like a million times until the mixture foams up, or until your hand breaks.
Prepare a glass of milk with a few ice cubes. Spoon the coffee foam and top it onto the milk.
